About Us

A practical tool for your screen

I Love Ruler is a free online ruler that displays inch, centimeter, millimeter, and pixel scales directly in your browser. Choose the units and ruler edges that work for you, then calibrate your display when you need the on-screen scale to match a physical reference.

Designed to keep measurements on your device

The ruler draws its scale in your browser and does not need access to your camera or location. Your selected unit, display calibration, and other preferences are saved in your browser so they can be restored on your next visit.

Measure thoughtfully

A screen ruler is only as accurate as its calibration. The default scale is an estimate, so calibrate against a physical ruler or a known-size object before relying on a measurement.
