Measurements and device access

The ruler is drawn in your browser. Measurement values and calibration are not sent to an I Love Ruler measurement service. The site does not request access to your camera or location.

Preferences stored in your browser

I Love Ruler uses your browser's local storage to remember settings such as ruler calibration, selected units, visible ruler edges, theme, screen-size selection, and language. This information stays in that browser's local storage and is not an account or a server-side profile. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

Contact messages

The contact form currently runs in demo mode. Submitting it displays an on-page confirmation, but the message is not transmitted, saved, or delivered to I Love Ruler. Do not include sensitive personal information in the form. This policy will be updated if message delivery is enabled.

Third-party services and server requests

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those resources, Google may receive technical information associated with the request. ReviewGoogle's Privacy Policy for details. Like other websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical request data to deliver the site; its handling depends on the provider's configuration and policies.
